As a neuroscientist I am doing computational neuroscience in the group of Daniel Wolpert at the Institute of Neurology, London (previously in Zürich. ) I expect my theories to make experimental predictions, provide a compact description of data and lead to computationally strong algorithms. My experiments should falsify theories.

I am recently very concerned about legislation limiting our ability to do research and make progress. Patent and Copyright should help progress not hamper it. In particular I believe we need to be granted the right of fair use. We must also be allowed to link freely to sites of interest and address freely our opinions.
